sI just entered my code from shopping at Coles yesterday however I read that you will be contacting me via email. However when I entered my code, etc. I did not realise that I should have entered my email address as I did not see any space to do so. I am entering it now below.
I, Walton Raberts, made purchases at Coles Rockingham on 4 September 2020. The receipt stated i earned a prize. However, when i entered the code, it states that it is invalid. Is this message from Coles genuine?

I shopped at Coles today 22nd September and my docket says I am an Instant Winner but when I put my code in (and I have done this about 8 times already) every time it says my code is invalid but I have checked it and it is correctly copied from my receipt. What do I do now to collect my prize?
I have tried unsuccessfully to claim my prize and cut off by phone when you said the lines were busy and to try again. My entry was declined saying the number is wrong. IT IS NOT! What is happening?
