Next, visit the promotional website at chemistwarehouse.com.au/houseoffinals and fill out the online entry form with your first name, last name, birthdate, address, state, postcode, phone, email address and receipt number or order number.
The competition concludes on 22 September, 2019. The winners will be selected at random.
This seems to be non-existent. There is no way to find the entry page. Could be worth referring to the Ombudsman/ACCC.
