Entry is open to all Australian residents who are 18 years or over.
To enter, you must buy any of the participating products to collect your House of Finals Medallion. Next, visit the promotional website at chemistwarehouse.com.au/houseoffinals and fill out the online entry form with your first name, last name, birthdate, address, state, postcode, phone, email address and receipt number or order number.
The competition concludes on 22 September, 2019. The winners will be selected at random.
Prizes
There will be 12 prizes to be won, and will be awarded as follows:
- Five AFL minor prize winners and Five NRL minor prize winners (includes trip and passes to the event).
- One ADL major prize winner and One NRL major prize winner (includes trip and passes to the event).
Entrants who win either an AFL or NRL minor prize will be given the opportunity to pick a key from a bucket and either final for the chance to win up to $1,000,000.
The Major prize winners will have an ex-AFL/NRL player kick a football at a banner with a range of targets for the chance to win up to $10,000.

Winners and competition results
The draw will be conducted at 9:00am AEST on 23 September, 2019. The winners will be notified by phone or email.
