Just purchased a new packet of weetbix tried entering codes and was notified they are invalid codes. typed in correctly on 3 different browsers including on a mobile phone. What is the problem?

I bought the weetbix pack as part of a big shop, not reading the fine print till I was searching for the codes. At this point, I had disposed of the receipt.
