Entry is open to all residents of New South Wales aged sixteen years of age and over.
To enter, go to the Ten Play Survivor Registration Website and fill out the online entry form. The form must include your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, postal code, phone number and email address.
The registration process will conclude on Sunday, 8th December, 2019. The winners will be the first valid registrations received.
