Entry is open to all Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental consent.
To enter, you must visit the Competition Website and fill out the online entry form with your contact details including your full name, email address, contact number, gender and indicate which competition do you want to participate. To compete for the cash you must record a video showing how many chin-ups you can do in 60 seconds and upload it to Instagram or Facebook and tag Blue Ribbon.
Entries close on 14 October, 2019. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges.
