To enter, visit the Optus Perks Competition Website and fill out the online entry form. The form must include your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, Optus mobile number and preferred contact number.
The competition will conclude on February 2nd, 2019. A computerised random draw will be made to determine the winners among all eligible entries submitted.
