Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of eighteen years old at the time of entry.

The form must include your first name, last name, street address, postcode, city, state, email address, mobile phone number and your answer to the question “Tell us about your health and weight loss goals for 2020”.
The competition ends on 31 January, 2020. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges.
