To enter this competition, you need to visit the Optus Perks Competition Website and fully complete the online entry form with your personal information including your first name, last name, email address, date of birth and your Optus mobile number.
Entries into this competition will close on 31 October, 2019. A random draw will be conducted to select the winner among all eligible entries submitted.
