The competition is only open to residents of Victoria who are eighteen years of age and over at the time of entry.
To enter, you must head over to the Fed Square Competition Website and cast a vote on your favourite artist. After casting a vote you must enter your personal details, including: your first name, last name, email address and postal code.
The competition concludes on 7th December, 2020. Winner will be selected in a random draw among all eligible entries submitted.
